1. Services
Truck-Files (KvK 76109135) provides a digital platform for professional ECU remapping of trucks, buses, construction machines and industrial engines. Customers upload ECU files, which are processed by our tuners and made available for download.
2. Credits
Access to tuning services is provided via a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per order. Credits do not expire. Purchased credits are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the use of modified ECU files complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their country. Truck-Files provides files for off-road, dyno testing and racing purposes. The customer bears full responsibility for any use on public roads.
4. Liability
Truck-Files is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation, use of files on incompatible vehicles, or use in violation of local regulations. Our liability is limited to the credit value of the relevant order.
5. Intellectual Property
All processed ECU files are for the exclusive use of the ordering customer. Redistribution, resale or publication of files is not permitted without prior written consent from Truck-Files.
6. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
